AnaSquare

AnaSquare is a brilliant 4x4 word puzzle with set letters, colour clues, and three attempts per puzzle.

AnaSquare provides a new spin on word puzzles by making each letter important in two directions. The goal is to complete a 4x4 grid with valid words in each row and read the same words along the columns.

WHERE WORDS MEET SYMMETRY.

In AnaSquare, your goal is to fill in the missing letters so that each row and column creates a valid word and the entire grid reads the same across and down. To choose an open tile, click or tap it; arrow keys can also be used to move about the grid. Type in the letters you think belong in each spot, and press Enter or click Submit to check the whole board. Your current position is shown in yellow and you get immediate feedback on your answer when you submit:

  • Grey: A letter that is stuck in place.
  • Yellow means the current tile is selected to be changed.
  • Green is the right letter and in the right place.

The incorrect letter is shown in red and then disappears after a little time so you can have another go.

Simple Rules.

  • AnaSquare’s 4×4 form is easy to master, but with two-way words there’s a lot of guessing. Familiar language can help but careful pattern recognition is often just as crucial.
  • The three try limit adds pressure without making it a race to the puzzle Each guess gives a chance to learn more about the remaining areas and come closer to the completed word square.

Why Is AnaSquare Difficult?

  • The grid offers clues in two directions at once. This confirmed letter in one position contains information about the corresponding row or column.
  • This means that every correct letter can knock off a lot of parts of the jigsaw. You only get three chances, thus it is important to find good letters early.

How to Solve Anasquare

Start by searching for possible words from the letters you have and the category clue. Then match your thoughts to the rows and columns.

  • Make early guesses to find useful letters.
  • Track green letters in predetermined locations.
  • Use symmetry to rule out implausible combinations.
  • Don’t guess at things that don’t tell you anything.

Conclude

AnaSquare is a unique word puzzle game in which players must fill a 4x4 grid with perfectly matched words in both rows and columns. Its obvious colour-coded rules (fixed grey tiles, correct green tiles, error-indicating red tiles), two-way symmetry mechanic and three-attempt limit make it a challenging game that needs language and pattern awareness.
