How to Play Saltong
Saltong is a daily word puzzle in which participants must predict a five-letter Filipino word in six attempts or fewer. Following each guess, the game provides useful feedback:
- Green denotes the proper letter position; kindly leave it unaltered.
- Yellow: Correct letter, but in the wrong position; consider adjusting the location of this letter.
- Gray indicates that a letter is missing from the word and must be replaced with another.
This simple approach enables players to strengthen their vocabulary, use logic, and devise word-solving strategies—one letter at a time.
